I think I should hand my aunt the trays for her next marketing trip so the fish can go straight into the trays and we can reduce usage of single-use bags. The trays have grooves across the base so I think it would not be difficult to remove a piece of fish for cooking. Slices of threadfin for the bub @style_degree

The material of this drying rack is made of aluminium that is not only light but also resistance to rust. Although it took a while for replenishing stock, it’s worth the wait!
For my baking use, though a bit expensive but looks good and nice pastel colour.
