Return Form

• Courier pickup at your doorstep starting from $5.99 (below 5kg). Bulky items will incur higher courier charges ($7 to $15.99).
• Our courier will quote us a return delivery fee. Return delivery fee will be deducted from the in-store credits once we receive the return items.

Please note the following:

• Please pack and seal the returning items in 1 bag/parcel and paste the shipping label on it securely.
• Pickup is between 10am – 7pm (timing can be extended on heavy load days)
• Pickup attempt is up to 2 consecutive working days.
• We will send you the return shipping label via email to paste onto your return parcel in 1-2 working days.

• Return fee: $3.99
• There is a size and weight restriction depending on the item(s) return. Maximum dimension (L + B + H) of 100cm

Please note the following:

• It is advisable for returning items to be placed in a sturdy paper bag / shopping bag.
•  This option is only for non-bulky items. We may require to return via courier if the item(s) are bulky.
•  DO NOT drop off the returning parcel at the retail partners till you have our shipping label pasted on the returning parcel. We will email you the shipping label once we receive your Return Form.

• Drop off at StyleStudio is by appointment only.You may make an appointment to drop off from Monday – Friday (except Public Holidays) between 10am – 6pm (Closed from 1-2pm for lunch).

• Exchange of items is currently not available.
• We will check the returning item(s) after receiving them and credit the in-store credits to your Style Degree account in 1-2 working days.
• Kindly drop off the returning item(s) after you have received an email notification from us.
