Currently, we offer 4 ways of Shipping and Collection within Singapore:

Express shipping is the best way to get your products! It's fast, reliable and trackable and FREE above $39! We highly recommend it!
Singpost Normal Mail:
Estimated schedule: 3-7 working days
Singpost Normal Mail is affordable but it takes longer and there is a chance for it to get lost at the post office. Lost parcels usually get returned to us, and we will take a couple of days to re-send it to you.
Estimated schedule: 1-3 working days
We offer collection services as well! Simply select "Collection@WestMall BoxBoss" as your delivery option and you will receive an email from us with your collection details. Once you receive the collection email, you may head down to: Box Boss@West Mall (Bukit Batok MRT),1 Bukit Batok Central Link, #03-10 within the collection dates indicated in the email.
1.5 Days Expedited Shipping ($7.90 Flat Rate):
Estimated schedule: Within the next 1.5 working days (or 36 Working Hours)
For Weekends & Public Holiday, select this option to "jump the queue" and enjoy priority shipping! This super express service is great if you would like your order to be delivered in a flash. Perfect if you need them urgently - especially for gifts or if you are travelling soon!
*Pre-orders: Products under pre-order will have its estimated arrival dates stated on the product page. Once the items are available, we will send them to you based on the shipping option you selected.
Backorder items are products that are out of stock and are available for pre-order. Such items will have new arrival dates indicated on the product page and we will ship out your order all together once the pre-order items have arrived!
Pst.. Pre-orders are entitled to product reservation and priority shipping - Make sure you place a pre-order for your favourite items!
Kindly note that there are 2 statuses for each order!
Processing: This means that we have received your order and our fulfilment elves are currently packing your items ready to be shipped out to you!
Completed: This means that we finished packing and have sent out your order via the delivery option you selected. Do note that this does not mean that you have received the items - But be prepared to unwrap happiness real soon!
If you would like to pay via Paypal, simply follow through the check-out process.
Debit / Credit Card:
1) Head over to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" when you are ready
2) Fill in your billing details and click "Proceed to Paypal"
3) Click the "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" button at the bottom and fill up your Visa card details!
Simply complete a bank transfer to the the following account: UOB 369-305-294-5. Once completed, drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and transaction number. Please note that your items will reserved for 2 working days while awaiting payment before being cancelled and released for other customers. We will ship out your order once payment has been completed!
Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen! Our fulfilment elves will perform a quality check before packing and sending them out. We are also great at sieving out defects from our inventory!
However, if there are any defects or incorrect items, do let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 working days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you!
If applicable, please include photos of the defective or incorrect items for us to to evaluate the product. Upon verification, exchanges and replacements can be done at our partner retail outlet (Box Boss@WestMall) or via Singpost Normal Mail. If we require you to send the product back to us, we will provide you with in-store credits to compensate you for the delivery charges!
Change of Mind:
We understand that you might want to exchange your purchases for something more suitable! To help you shop with a peace of mind, we are offering Free exchanges at WestMall BoxBoss within 10 working days of the shipping date. Simply write to us at email@example.com with your request and ensure that the item(s) is in its original condition and packaging! Kindly note that change-of-mind exchanges incurring delivery charges will be borne by the buyer.
