- No one's around? No worries! Our delivery courier should call or SMS you prior to delivery and you may liaise with them directly. You may also instruct them to leave the parcel somewhere safe, for example, your riser or shoe rack!

- To self-collect, simply select "[email protected] BoxBoss" as your delivery option and you will receive an email from us with your collection details. Afterwards, you may proceed to: Box [email protected] Mall (Bukit Batok MRT),1 Bukit Batok Central Link, #03-10 within the specified collection dates.

- Usually delivered within 1.5 working days, this expedited service is perfect if you need your items urgently - especially for gifts or if you are travelling soon!
- Priced between $7.90 to $15.90 depending on weight, the delivery rate will be reflected on the cart and checkout page.

Ordering Details
Backorder items are products that are currently out of stock and are available for pre-order. Such items will have restock dates indicated on the product page and we will ship out your order all together once the pre-order items have arrived!
Pst.. Pre-orders are entitled to product reservation and priority shipping - Make sure you place a pre-order for your favourite items!
Kindly be aware that backorder items may be subjected to delays due to unfavourable weather and logistical issues. Nevertheless, we will do our best to ensure that the items reach you safely and punctually!
Kindly note that there are a couple of statuses for each order:
- Pending Payment: We have not received payment for your order. Proceed to your cart here to complete your payment.
- On Hold: You selected payment via Bank Transfer - we are either awaiting payment or in the midst of verifying your transfer!
- Processing: We have received your order and our fulfilment elves are currently packing your items to be shipped out to you.
- Shipped: We finished packing and have sent out your order via the delivery option you selected. Sit tight!
- Completed: Your order will automatically be marked as completed after 5 days of shipping! We hope to deliver happiness to you again soon 🙂
There are also 2 special statuses:
- Awaiting Backorder: Your order contains a backorder item(s) and we will send it out all together as soon as it arrives.
- Partially Delivered: Your order contains a backorder item(s) and we have sent out the available items.
We accept 4 forms of payments:

- Debit / Credit Card:

- Please note orders awaiting payment will be reserved for 24 hours before being cancelled and released.
- Bank Transfer:
- Simply complete a bank transfer to the the following account: UOB 369-305-294-5.
- Once completed, drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and transaction number.

To ensure that you receive your order quickly and safely, please provide us with a full and accurate shipping address! This includes:
- Street name and block number
- Building name (if applicable)
- Unit number (if applicable)
- Postal code
If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it on our end!
If the parcel has been sent out, re-delivery and re-ordering fees may apply.
Order Issues
We understand that you might want to exchange your purchases for something more suitable! To help you shop with a peace of mind, we offer free returns and exchanges within 10 days of the shipping date!
Simply write to us at [email protected] with your request and we will get back to you regarding return details!
Please ensure that the item(s) is in its original condition and packaging as we reserve the right to refuse returns in poor condition.
Do note that all returns will provided with in-store credit as cash refunds are unavailable at the moment.
Lastly, each order is entitled to 1 free return or exchange request! You may return or exchange multiple items in that one request. Subsequent exchange requests will be charged at an administrative rate of $4.50 per request. Exchanges incurring delivery charges will be borne by the buyer.
At just $2.99, you are entitled to an extended 60-day return policy! Perfect for home owners who are getting their new nest in a couple of weeks, this option gives you the flexibility to finalise on the items truly suited for your home. Opt in for this service on the checkout page before payment!
Similarly, only one request is allowed and returns incurring delivery or collection charges will be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges not in their original condition or packaging.
Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen! Our fulfilment elves will perform a quality check before packing and sending them out!
However, if there are any defects or incorrect items, do let us know at [email protected] within 10 days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you!
Please include photos of the defective or incorrect items for our evaluation. Upon verification, exchanges and replacements can be done at our partner retail outlet ([email protected]) or via Singpost Normal Mail. If we require you to send the product back to us, we will provide you with in-store credits to compensate you for the delivery charges!
Cash refunds are not available for returns or exchanges. We will provide you with in-store credits equivalent to the returned item(s). In-store credits do not have an expiration date.
