  • You may also arrange a courier service (eg. Lalamove, Grab etc) to pick-up on behalf for you. Simply indicate this in your order notes during the purchase.

Backorder items are products that are currently out of stock and are available for pre-order. Such items will have restock dates indicated on the product page and we will ship out your order all together once the backorder items arrive.

Backorders are entitled to product reservation and priority shipping – it is recommended to place a backorder for your favourite items!

Backorder may be subjected to delays due to unfavourable weather and logistical issues. Nevertheless, we will do our best to ensure that the items reach you safely and punctually.

Please allow for a 10% dimension allowance (shorter and longer) as items may be hand-measured or have slightly varying dimensions depending on the manufacturing batch. For example, a 10cm width may be between 9-11cm. If you require more detailed dimensions, please reach out to us before making a purchase.

Colours of items may also vary depending on the device screen you are using to view our website and the lighting conditions during photo-taking. Please allow for slight variation in colour when purchasing.

Natural materials & textures such as wood, rattan, fabric, and others may differ from those photographed and shown as each item may be individually made. Please take note of these variations when purchasing!

  • Pending Payment: We have not received payment for your order. Please proceed to your cart here to complete your payment.
  • On Hold: You selected payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer – we are either awaiting payment or in the midst of verifying your transfer.
  • Processing: We have received your order and are currently packing your items to be shipped out to you.
  • Shipped: We finished packing and have sent out your order via the delivery option you selected. Sit tight!
  • Completed: Your order will automatically be marked as completed after 5 days of shipping. We hope to deliver happiness to you again soon!

There are also 2 special statuses:

  • Awaiting Backorder: Your order contains backorder item(s) and we will send it out all together as soon as it arrives.
  • Partially Delivered: Your order contains backorder item(s) and we have sent out the available items.

For online orders, we accept payment via credit cards, debit cards and PayNow. Our payment processor service provider is HitPay. 

For retail orders, we currently only accept PayNow.

To ensure that you receive your order quickly and safely, please provide us with a full and accurate shipping address! This includes:

  • Street name and block number
  • Building name (if applicable)
  • Unit or house number (if applicable)
  • Postal code

If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it on our end!

If the parcel has been sent out, re-delivery and re-ordering fees will apply.

Should you decide to change or cancel your order, kindly send us an email ([email protected]) with your name and order number. Do let us know as soon as possible! 

Kindly note that a 5% administrative and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund for cancellation of an order. This is because when you make a payment through credit card or PayNow, the payment gateways levy certain transaction fees on the merchant (us) for processing the payment. In the event of an order cancellation, these transaction fees cannot be recovered.

All cancellation will be refunded via in-store credits which have no expiry and usable storewide.

While our standard policy is to provide in-store credit for cancelled orders, cash refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Order Issues

To help you shop with a peace of mind, we offer returns within 10 days of the shipping date – no questions asked!

We offer hassle-free returns at over 30 retail outlets in Singapore at just $3.99 (for return value under $50) or you may opt for a door-step courier return starting from $5.99, depending on the parcel weight & volume. Please note that this is a subsidised rate that covers the return courier trip. This rate will be deducted from the in-store credits refunded for the return items – so no additional payment is required.

To return items, simply complete this online form and we will get back to you via email within 1 working day.

To ensure that all returns are handled smoothly:

  • Ensure that returning item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. We may refuse returns in poor condition!
  • Returns will provided with in-store credit. These credits are available storewide & have no expiry.
  • Each order is entitled to 1 return request. You may return multiple items in that one request.

Please note that returns are not applicable for international orders (outside Singapore), customised orders and wholesale or corporate orders.

Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen! We have detailed checks in place to identify defective & incorrect items.

However, should you receive any defective or incorrect items, we are truly sorry for it!

Please let us know at [email protected] within 10 days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you. Do include photos of the defective or incorrect items for our reference.

If we require you to return the product back to us, not to worry – We will cover any delivery charges depending on the scenario.

We will provide you with in-store credits equivalent to the returned item(s). In-store credits do not have an expiration date!

We are proud of our products’ design and quality! As such, all Signature collection will have a minimum of 30 days guarantee. Some Signature items may have an extended guarantee period.

All other items will have 10 days guarantee.

Some electronic items will have a 1-year walk-in warranty.
