- ETA: 2-3 working days (3-5 working days during CNY period)
- Express shipping is the best way to get your products! It's fast, trackable and Free above $99 in Singapore - we recommend it!
- Our delivery courier should call or SMS you prior to delivery and you may inform them on a suitable delivery time. You may also instruct them to leave the parcel somewhere safe, for example, your riser or shoe rack!
- ETA: 1-2 working days
- This expedited service is perfect for urgent orders - especially for gifts, in time for your new home or if you are travelling soon!
- Priced between $7.90 to $15.90 depending on weight, the delivery rate will be reflected on the cart and checkout page.
- In line with the Government's advisory to minimise contact, collection at our HQ will temporarily be stopped. We start collection at the soonest possible time!
- With the closure of retail outlets due to the COVID-19 situation, collection at retail partners will temporarily be stopped. For those who have selected this option and your order have not been despatched, contact us and we will be able to arrange for express delivery. For orders which have been despatched, kindly collect your parcels at the soonest and you may contact Park N Parcel to check on your collection status!

Ordering Details
Backorder items are products that are currently out of stock and are available for pre-order. Such items will have restock dates indicated on the product page and we will ship out your order all together once the pre-order items have arrived!
Pst.. Pre-orders are entitled to product reservation and priority shipping - Make sure you place a pre-order for your favourite items!
Kindly be aware that backorder items may be subjected to delays due to unfavourable weather and logistical issues. Nevertheless, we will do our best to ensure that the items reach you safely and punctually!
Kindly note that there are a couple of statuses for each order:
- Pending Payment: We have not received payment for your order. Proceed to your cart here to complete your payment.
- On Hold: You selected payment via Bank Transfer - we are either awaiting payment or in the midst of verifying your transfer!
- Processing: We have received your order and our fulfilment elves are currently packing your items to be shipped out to you.
- Shipped: We finished packing and have sent out your order via the delivery option you selected. Sit tight!
- Completed: Your order will automatically be marked as completed after 5 days of shipping! We hope to deliver happiness to you again soon 🙂
There are also 2 special statuses:
- Awaiting Backorder: Your order contains a backorder item(s) and we will send it out all together as soon as it arrives.
- Partially Delivered: Your order contains a backorder item(s) and we have sent out the available items.
We accept 4 forms of payments:
- Paypal:
- If you would like to pay via Paypal, simply follow through the check-out process.
- Debit / Credit Card:

- PayNow your order amount to our mobile number at 8222 0450
- Kindly include your order number in the reference notes (if available) and notify us via email at [email protected]!
- Please note orders awaiting payment will be reserved for 24 hours before being cancelled and released.
- Bank Transfer:
- Simply complete a bank transfer to the the following account: UOB 369-305-294-5.
- Once completed, drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and transaction number.

To ensure that you receive your order quickly and safely, please provide us with a full and accurate shipping address! This includes:
- Street name and block number
- Building name (if applicable)
- Unit number (if applicable)
- Postal code
If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it on our end!
If the parcel has been sent out, re-delivery and re-ordering fees will apply.
Should you decide to cancel your order do let u know as soon as possible! For orders or items cancelled within 24 hours, there will be no cancellation charges.
For orders or items cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase date & time, a restocking fee of 10% (after discounts, if any) will apply. This is because item(s) in the order have been reserved, processed and packed for you. For example, if you placed your order on 1 Jan 3pm, you will have until 2 Jan 3pm to inform us on the cancellation to avoid restocking fee.
All cancellation will be refunded via in-store credits which has no expiry and usable storewide.
Order Issues
We understand that you might want to return your purchases for something more suitable! To help you shop with a peace of mind, we offer returns within 10 days of the shipping date - no questions asked!
We offer hassle-free returns at over 40 retail outlets in Singapore at just $3.99 (for return value under $50) or you may opt for a door-step courier return at $5.99 (less than 5kg) or $6.99 (less than 10kg). This will be deducted from the in-store credits refunded for the return items - so no additional payment needed!

To ensure that all returns are handled smoothly:
- Please ensure that returning item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. We may refuse returns in poor condition!
- Returns will provided with in-store credit. These credits are available storewide & have no expiry!
- If the order amount falls below $99 for free delivery after the returns, $4.99 will be deducted from the credits provided.
- Lastly, each order is entitled to 1 return request. You may return multiple items in that one request!
At just $2.99, you are entitled to an extended 60-day return policy! Perfect for home owners who are getting their new nest in a couple of weeks, this option gives you the flexibility to finalise on the items truly suited for your home. Opt in for this service on the checkout page before payment!
Similarly, only one request is allowed and returns incurring delivery or collection charges will be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse returns not in their original condition or packaging.
Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen! Our fulfilment elves will perform a thorough quality check before sending them out!
However, if there are any defects or incorrect items, do let us know at [email protected] within 10 days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you. Please include photos of the defective or incorrect items for our reference!
If we require you to return the product back to us, not to worry - We will provide you with in-store credits to compensate you for the delivery charges!
Cash refunds are not available for returns in order to minimise unnecessary transaction fees. We will provide you with in-store credits equivalent to the returned item(s). In-store credits do not have an expiration date!
