Please ensure that returning item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. We may refuse returns in poor condition!
Returns will provided with in-store credit as cash refunds are unavailable at the moment. These credits are available storewide & have no expiry!
Do note that if the order amount falls below $89 for free delivery after the returns, $4.99 will be deducted from the credits provided.
Lastly, each order is entitled to 1 return request. You may return multiple items in that one request!
At just $2.99, you are entitled to an extended 60-day return policy! Perfect for home owners who are getting their new nest in a couple of weeks, this option gives you the flexibility to finalise on the items truly suited for your home. Opt in for this service on the checkout page before payment!
Similarly, only one request is allowed and returns incurring delivery or collection charges will be borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse returns not in their original condition or packaging.
Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen! Our fulfilment elves will perform a thorough quality check before sending them out!

If we require you to return the product back to us, not to worry - We will provide you with in-store credits to compensate you for the delivery charges!
Cash refunds are not available for returns in order to minimise unnecessary transaction fees. We will provide you with in-store credits equivalent to the returned item(s). In-store credits do not have an expiration date!
If you like to cancel in-stock items in your order, do let us know as soon as possible! If they have not been sent out, we will be able to perform the cancellation at no additional charge.
For furniture items under pre-order, please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee upon cancellation and delivery fees are non-refundable. This is because costs have been incurred to specially reserve, ship and process the order for you. We seek your kind understanding!
