How can I clean my SetOff™?
You may hand or machine wash SetOff™! Before placing in the washing machine, remember to remove any writing labels from the holder. Place the packing cubes inside the provided drawstring bag. Use delicate setting to ensure longevity. Hang and air dry thereafter.
Which SetOff™ set should I get?
For short trips under 10 days or travelling solo, we recommend using the Set of 5.
For longer trips over 10 days or if using multiple luggages, we recommend using the Set of 8.
What does the 1-year guarantee cover?
With SetOff™, you can travel with a peace of mind. Our 1-year guarantee covers the bag's zipper mechanism.
Should the zipper be defective, such as being unable to zip, we will attempt to repair the bag or will replace it with a new one.
This does not cover wear-and-tear or accidental damage made to the bag such as cuts, holes, stains and creases.
Shipping costs for replacement may be incurred. If replacement is unavailable (eg. out of stock), a similar type and valued item will be offered.
Why did we create SetOff™?
We believe that keeping organized could really help make any travel experience smoother, allowing us to enjoy more of our trip. If we could help organize the home, why not do that for traveling too? As such, we set out to create packing cubes that we ourselves would like to bring on our trips. After months of designing, sampling and testing with dozens of zippers, materials and sizes, SetOff™ was born! The set is packed with details - focused on space maximising, durability and labelling. My 2nd purchase & this time ordered for my mum but in black font. Faced a bit of difficulty the last time but I got the hang of it so pasting the sticker is much easier now. The trick is NOT to remove the plastic all the way. Peel slowy & ensure the letters stick to the plastic when you peel if off. So if the alphabet is still on the backing paper, just flick it gently with yr nail to ensure it sticks back to the plastic then you continue slowly with the rest. NEVER attempt to peel off the vinyl sticker manually cos it will be a disaster. Once done, believe me it looks clean & really eye pleasing! :D
