What to expect:

  • Design impactful, on-brand visual content (for email newsletter, social media, marketing collaterals) that get clicks and conversions.
  • Conceptualise, shoot and edit engaging video content for our various digital channels. Create short video clips to long-form video content.
  • Manage and grow our various social media platforms (community building, initiate collaborations various stakeholders)
  • Strategise and plan content calendar to enhance social presence and strengthen brand image for Style Degree

What is required:

  • Diploma/Degree in Visual or Design communication or related studies (You can be currently pursuing a part-time degree in a related field.)
  • Adequate proficency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro/ Final Cut Pro
  • Basic photo & videography skills using iPhone and DSLR
  • Self-starter, proactive and hands-on in creating content
  • The ability to think strategically and work systematically
  • Good time management skills, strong work ethics

As a multi-functional role, you can find yourself doing hands-on work (like order fulfilment) in one moment to doing analytical work (such as thinking of ways to improve retail experience & online sales) the next.

What to expect:

  • Utilise our inventory digital system to perform key operational roles such as order fulfilment and warehouse put-away.
  • Be our “go-to” person in areas of website management. You will manage our website by keeping key information updated and engaging. This includes basic editing of images, updating of stock levels, uploading of videos and more.
  • Create an enjoyable & optimised in-person shopping experience. Prepare our showroom and attend to guests enquiries.
  • Lead our team of operations specialists and gain real-life operational experience

What you need:

  • Organized, meticulous and comfortable with being hands on with inventory
  • Proficient and accurate computer skills
  • Able to assist customers digitally in a helpful, quick and polite manner across various platforms
  • Bonus: Diploma or degree in business operations/logistics OR at least 1 year experience in operational related roles
