How can I clean my ClarityTwist™?
For the containers, you can hand wash them lightly with a sponge and mild dishwashing soap. The containers are also dishwashers safe.
For the lid, you may remove the silicone ring and wash them. Then, use a damp cloth to wipe down the lid.
Can I store wet food?
Yes, you may! This is because ClarityTwist™ is 100% airtight and leakproof.
Can I mix & match colours for my ClarityTwist™ set ?
Yes, you may personalise colours in your set here.
What does the 5-year guarantee cover?
With ClarityTwist™, you can store food with a peace of mind. Our 5-year guarantee covers the lid's sealing mechanism.
Should the lid sealing mechanism be defective, such as being unable to maintain an air tight or leakproof seal, we will attempt to repair the lid or will replace it with a new one.
This does not cover wear-and-tear or accidental damage made to the container or lid such as scratches, cracks, stains and other damages.
Shipping costs for replacement may be incurred. If replacement is unavailable (eg. out of stock), a similar type and valued item will be offered.

Customisable Vinyl Label Sticker
My 2nd purchase & this time ordered for my mum but in black font. Faced a bit of difficulty the last time but I got the hang of it so pasting the sticker is much easier now. The trick is NOT to remove the plastic all the way. Peel slowy & ensure the letters stick to the plastic when you peel if off. So if the alphabet is still on the backing paper, just flick it gently with yr nail to ensure it sticks back to the plastic then you continue slowly with the rest. NEVER attempt to peel off the vinyl sticker manually cos it will be a disaster. Once done, believe me it looks clean & really eye pleasing! :D
